The Optimum 4000 is Vaportek’s original dry steam system, first used in cancer wards and other medical facilities in 1979. Optimum 4000 is primarily intended for areas with persistent or permanent odors. Optimum 4000 emits a harmless dry vapor as the odor-neutralizing plant oil sealed in the cartridge’s inner membrane diffuses out through the surface of the membrane as air passes by. Simply remove the lid from the cartridge and insert it from the back of the appliance and set the desired dry steam strength. The dry vapor emitted from the Optimum 4000 is carried by means of a… air flows quickly throughout the area to be treated and will quickly control and eliminate malodors caused by nicotine, moisture/mold, food, biological odors, sweat, fecal matter, vomit, mados, decay, pets and all other odors of organic origin. The active dry steam treats air, furniture and building at the same time.
